Lazy Day

Ryann and I woke up this morning and she had a stomach ache and I think I'm beginning to come down with a cold or my body is just so tired it is aching, but either way I felt like no good.  So, we decided that we would not go to school today and just sleep in.  It was really nice and we woke up for about an hour at 8 and had some breakfast and then went back to sleep until 11.  We woke up and got ready and made sandwiches and headed down to the beach.  We got there around 1 and didn't come back until 7.  It was a nice day at the beach.  We went with our friends Hanna and Amber.  Ryann and I always see very interesting things, from people groping each other on the beach while the woman has no top on to a crazy drunk lady going into the water and singing Spanish songs loudly, so it makes life more interesting!

After the beach we went to a tapas bar and had some Sangria and tapas.  We tried being brave and ordered something that we didn't know what it was, hoping we wouldn't get something alive, or snails or caviar.  So we ordered two things we knew and one we didn't.  Of course, we got a bunch of snails.  So, we all decided to be brave and try them.  Yes, I ate a snail.  The taste wasn't bad but the texture was not good.  I think I would have had to continue to chew on it for a year straight in order for it to break a part.  But, it was an experience and we all laughed a lot.  Ryann tried it and I was so afraid that she was going to vomit everywhere when she tried it, but she held it together pretty well.

Tomorrow will probably just be like today.  School, beach, then home.  Another successful day here in Malaga.
