Martes!

Today was a good day.  We woke up and had toast and juice for breakfast (imagine that:)) and packed ourselves a sandwich for the beach.  We packed all of our things up and headed to school. School went well.  It's getting to the point where I don't want to go anymore and my head starts hurting in the middle of the day because its Spanish Spanish Spanish all day long and it's really hard if you don't understand something because the teachers won't speak English, even though they can.  It's hard, but I know that the teachers are just trying to make it easier for us to learn Spanish.

After school, we were supposed to go to the beach but in the middle of our last class, it started raining and the beach didn't seem like such a good idea anymore.  The people here say that this has been the weirdest June for weather here in Malaga.  Normally, it hardly ever rains and is usually 80 degrees everyday.  I wish!  I would be at the beach EVERYDAY! So, instead of getting my tan on, we walked home and ate our sandwiches and then took a little nap.

We planned on meeting some of our friends, Hanna and Amber, at 5:30 to go shopping at the mall here.  Ryann and I left a little early in search of either ice cream or a donut of some sort, and ended up at an ice cream shop where I got mango ice cream and Ry got strawberry cheesecake.  They were both really great.  We met up with the girls and were on our way to the mall.  I got some presents bought tonight and bought a skirt and some hair clips for myself.  My present list is slimming down by the day, which is an awesome thing.. but then again so is my bank account. HA! But, it was a nice time besides the fact that my legs and feet are aching from us walking all over the city.

Tomorrow, which is my mom's birthday, shout out to her--HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!

Anyways, we are going to school and then have a meeting right after with ISA.  At 5, we are meeting up with our ISA group at the plaza de la marina and visiting the Alcazaba which is a Moorish fortress here in Malaga.  Ry and I are really excited about seeing that.  So, our day should be filled with activities.    I will take lots of pictures and upload tomorrow.

Missing you all.

Vaya con Dios!
