Today was a good day again! Which is really awesome. We are having a great week! Although it was great, it was pretty normal. We got up, had toast and juice and headed off to school. I've came to the conclusion that our conversation class with Alvaro is going to be the best class of the day. Today, we were talking about what verb tense you should use when saying Never and we shared with Alvaro that in the United States we play a drinking game called Never have I ever. He loved the idea, minus the alcohol of course since we were in class, so we started to play a game. There were a couple people had gone and then it was Alvaro's turn. He had a huge smile on his face and I thought he was just really enjoying the game until it came to his turn and he said, smiling, "Never have I ever eaten PENIS butter." We lost it. I was laughing so hard. And then, he laughed at me and pointed saying "Oh my God, Oh my God" in a Spanish accent. It was absolutely hilarious. I don't think anything today topped that experience.
During our break today between classes, Ryann, Hanna, Jared and I walked to a local bakery called Jessicas, and we got some wonderful tasting donuts. They were absolutely delicious and fairly cheap. We really need a pick-me-up and the donuts were a perfect answer.
After school we had a meeting with our ISA group about our weekend excursion to Granada. The normal, "We will leave at this time and meet here and blah blah blah." But, it is nice to know where we are going and what times and Heidi, Iker and Carolina are always very helpful and looking out for us always. After our meeting we headed home at lunch (salmon, mushrooms, potatoes and bread) and then came into our room for a rest. We left our house around 4:40 to meet up with our ISA group to tour the Alhombra. We split off into two smaller groups and Ryann and I got our tour from Carolina. It was absolutely beautiful and hearing the history and seeing the wonderful architecture of the building was amazing.

After the Alhombra, we went out for drinks with our friends Paul, Natalie, Amber and Hanna. They are really awesome people and we love hanging out with them. Ryann, Amber and I got drinks called the Madagascar, they were delicious! And an added bonus, they give you little snacks for free with your drinks. After drinks we walked home and are now just hanging out in our rooms, doing homework and getting ready for bed after an exhausting day. If the weather permits, tomorrow we are going to the beach. I've been deprived of my sun because of either meetings or tours and clouds. Not cool. So, I am 100% ready to be laying out soaking up all of the rays I can! The weeks are beginning to fly by and I'm realizing I will be home before I know it wishing I was back in Spain!!
Vaya con Dios!
